3. Package Handling & Liability

We handle all packages with care but are not liable for damages due to improper packaging by the sender.
Insurance is available upon request; uninsured shipments are sent at the customer’s risk.
Prohibited items (hazardous materials, illegal goods, perishables, etc.) will not be accepted.

Contact us with proof – Send us your order confirmation and tracking details so we can investigate.
